Mijas

An extra day at the end of our holiday was shared with my cousin and her husband who had arrived at a hotel just along the coast from us and meant we could show them the delights of Mijas.

The famous "donkey-taxis" of the village now use healthier looking animals.

The shops are always a great attraction and here Margaret is modelling a cape.

There is always an attractive display of flowers throughout the village.

Lunch in the main plaza was very good.

Whenever we visit Mijas we find a different area to explore which is remarkable considering that it isn't such a big place!

The views towards the Mediterranean and Fuengirola are phenomenal.
