Our garden this morning.

The plants in our garden are really enjoying this summer. Here's a few of them.


The black bamboo, now into the 3rd year, is doing well.


The sago palm, cycas revoluta, is thriving in its new pot.


It is such a pity that daylilies have a short flowering period.


This yucca is taking off...


...and our "Happiness tree" is in blossom.


I did discover the proper name of this tree but can't pin it down right now.


This hydrangea is a beautiful colour...


...while the lacecap hydrangea makes a splendid show.
